FAQ

{Turnaround Time}

Please note our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from time of payment to the time the item(s) is shipped. Turnaround times may vary throughout the year, especially during the Christmas season.

If additional details are required, we will send you an email. Please be sure you check and respond as quickly as possible, so we can ensure your item is produced in a timely manner.

**IF an item is a pre-order item, it will not ship in our typical 2-3 week time frame. We will state in the item listing when you should expect the item to be shipped.**

**IF you need an item sooner than the current turnaround time, please message us prior to placing the order so we can determine whether we can accommodate the request.**

{Shipping}
We ship all items via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail. All shipped items will include a tracking number and you will receive a notification with the information once the shipping label for the item has been created. Please remember, our turnaround time does not include the shipping time. All items will be shipped out in the time frame specified and shipping is an additional 2-5 business days.

At this time, our shipping costs are based upon weight, unless otherwise stated in the specific listing. Items that may weigh more or are irregularly shaped may be subject to higher shipping costs.

**Please note, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by USPS.**

{Refunds/Exchanges}
Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are non-refundable. If however, we make a mistake during production (i.e. misspelling) or there is a defect in the item, we will replace the item as quickly as possible or a full refund will be given. Please review your invoice carefully and re-read the details you provided in the "notes" section to ensure all spelling and details are correct prior to submitting payment.

{Additional Policies}
**To be on the safe side, we always recommend hand washing or using delicate cycle in cold water and hanging items to dry. This includes all personalized items with a name, monogram or appliqué. When ironing, do so on a low setting. For non-embroidered items, follow the instructions listed on the tag inside the article of clothing.

**All items are made as close to the sample photo/item listing as possible. If fabrics or threads are sold out or discontinued, similar fabrics or threads will be replaced at our discretion. If you would like other threads or fabrics used, please message us to let us know or to see other options available.

**If you are ordering according to a stock photo on Pinterest, please know the fabrics and threads may vary but we will try to match the fabrics and threads as closely as possible.

**All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
